Cancellation & Refund Policy – IT Academy Malappuram
At IT Academy Malappuram, we strive to offer high-quality education and a smooth learning
experience. We understand that sometimes plans change. However, due to the nature of our
services, we have established the following Cancellation and Refund Policy:
1. Course Cancellation by the Student
● Once a payment is successfully made and access to the course is granted (online or
offline), it is considered a confirmed enrollment.
● Students who wish to cancel must notify us within 24 hours of payment. Requests
beyond this period will not be entertained.
● If cancellation is approved within the stipulated time, only a partial refund (excluding
administrative charges) will be considered at the discretion of the management.
2. Course Cancellation by IT Academy Malappuram
● In rare circumstances, if IT Academy needs to cancel a course due to unforeseen
reasons (low enrollment, faculty unavailability, etc.), we will notify the student and offer:
○ A full refund
OR
○ A free transfer to another batch or similar course of equal value
3. Online Course Policy
● All online course sales are final. As access to digital content is granted immediately upon
payment, no refunds will be issued once login credentials are shared.
● Please ensure the course details meet your needs before purchase.
4. Refund Processing
● Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original
payment method.
● Refund status can be tracked by contacting our support team.
