    IT Academy

    The journey of IT Academy Malappuram began with a clear vision: to provide affordable, accessible, and industry-relevant education to students, with a special focus on empowering women. Initially, the academy offered a handful of computer-related courses, including DCA (Diploma in Computer Applications), PGDCA (Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications), and Mobile Repairing. These programs quickly gained popularity, setting the foundation for the academy’s future success.

  • 2003

    IT Academy

    In 2003, the academy expanded its offerings to include Accounting and Hardware & Networking courses. This marked the beginning of IT Academy Malappuram’s growth into a diversified institution, catering to the evolving needs of the job market. By 2006, courses such as Multimedia and Graphic Design were introduced, further broadening the scope of the academy’s programs.

  • 2020

    IT Academy

    As we continued to grow, we recognized the changing landscape of education and the increasing demand for professional courses. In 2020, IT Academy Malappuram introduced two new flagship programs: Hospital Administration and SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing). These courses were designed to equip students with practical skills that would make them highly competitive in the healthcare and business management sectors. The introduction of these programs was a turning point, signaling the academy’s shift towards more specialized, career-oriented courses

    In 2024, the academy took another significant step by launching the Office Administration program. This course, designed to provide students with the skills needed for success in modern office environments, has quickly become one of our most popular offerings. Our programs are exclusively designed for women, as part of our mission to empower and uplift women through education.

Our Focus on Women Empowerment

Since its inception, IT Academy Malappuram has been committed to empowering women by providing them with the skills they need to succeed in their careers. While we initially welcomed both boys and girls, the academy has gradually evolved into an institution that focuses exclusively on training women, with the exception of certain courses like CCTV and Accounts, which are still open to male students. 

This focus on women’s empowerment is central to our philosophy and is reflected in every aspect of our academy, from our course offerings to our supportive campus environment. We believe that education is the key to breaking barriers and creating new opportunities for women. Through our programs, we aim to build a generation of women who are not only skilled professionals but also leaders, innovators, and change-makers in their communities.

In 2025, the academy is launching the Women’s Empowering Hub (WEH), an initiative designed to provide online courses for women aged 18–35. This new program will offer flexible learning opportunities, allowing women to enhance their skills in a range of fields, including hospital administration, office administration, and more. WEH will further our mission of making education accessible to women, regardless of their location or life circumstances.

Our state-of-the-art facilities, including air-conditioned classrooms and hostel accommodations for out-of-town students, provide an ideal environment for learning. We offer homemade food in the hostel at an affordable fee of ₹1200, without requiring any security deposit, ensuring that our students feel at home while they pursue their studies.
