1. Digital Course Delivery
● All our online courses are digital products and are delivered electronically.
● Upon successful payment, students will receive access credentials via email or
WhatsApp within 24 hours.
● If you haven’t received access within this time, please contact our support team.
2. Certificate Dispatch (If Applicable)
● For offline courses, physical course completion certificates are handed over in person.
● For students enrolled in online courses who request a printed certificate (optional), it will
be dispatched to the provided address via courier/post within 7–10 working days.
● Tracking details will be shared once the item is shipped.

3. Shipping Charges
● No shipping charges apply for digital content.
● Shipping charges for printed materials, if applicable, will be communicated during
checkout or via support.
4. Delays or Issues
● In case of postal or courier delays, we will coordinate with the delivery partner to resolve
the issue promptly.
● IT Academy Malappuram is not liable for delays due to incorrect shipping information
provided by the student.
